At Premier, we recognized a need in the Cincinnati community: access to psychological testing that is both high-quality and affirming, without requiring significant out-of-pocket costs. This program was intentionally developed to remove financial barriers and broaden access to specialized, insurance-based assessment services.

We offer in-person psychological evaluation in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as virtual services in Ohio, Indiana, and Connecticut.

What We Offer

  • Our general psychological evaluations use standardized, evidence-based measures to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. The result is a thorough diagnostic understanding and clear, actionable recommendations for next steps in care.

  • We approach autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent profiles through a neurodiversity-affirming lens that honors lived experience and identity. Our comprehensive testing process combines clinical rigor with a strengths-based perspective to provide clear answers and practical next steps.

  • If you have always questioned whether dyslexia might be part of your story, a formal evaluation can provide meaningful answers. We use validated assessment tools and clinical expertise to deliver accurate diagnosis and individualized recommendations.

  • If you have concerns about memory or carry a family history of cognitive decline, baseline testing can offer clarity and peace of mind. By documenting your current cognitive functioning now, we create a reliable point of reference for future comparison.

  • Our evaluations provide the clinical documentation needed to support workplace and educational accommodations. We translate assessment findings into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with ADA, academic, and employer requirements.

Our Process

Initial Contact

Reach out, let us answer your questions, and provide your insurance information, and schedule the intake appointment.

Scheduling

Once your insurance company approves the service, we will move forward with scheduling. Based on how your insurance company prefers to be billed, expect 3-6 meetings for your testing process.

Testing Process

You will meet with your evaluator and psychometrist for assessment and testing meetings. Through these meetings, we will get a better sense of what it is like to be you, and collaborate with you to find answers. Collateral information may be collected if available, such as observant testing provided to loved ones.

Results

Join us for a formal meeting where we will present your data to you and go over results together. This is the appointment where diagnosis can be conferred. You will be provided a document sumarizing your data and diagnosis, as well as recommendations and referrals tailored to your needs.
