For Social Work and Psychology Psychometrists (Training & Supervision Provided):
Interest in assessment, even if prior experience is limited
Willingness to learn standardized administration of assessment tools and structured interviewing
Openness to feedback, supervision, and skill development
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed protocols
For Licensed Psychologists (Assessment-Focused Roles):
Experience conducting comprehensive psychological, cognitive, and/or neurodevelopmental assessments
Comfort with differential diagnosis and integrating complex clinical data
Strong report writing skills with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and usefulness
Interest in affirming, modern approaches to assessment (e.g., neurodiversity-affirming frameworks)
