• Interest in assessment, even if prior experience is limited

• Willingness to learn standardized administration of assessment tools and structured interviewing

• Openness to feedback, supervision, and skill development

• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed protocols

For Licensed Psychologists (Assessment-Focused Roles):

• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological, cognitive, and/or neurodevelopmental assessments

• Comfort with differential diagnosis and integrating complex clinical data

• Strong report writing skills with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and usefulness

• Interest in affirming, modern approaches to assessment (e.g., neurodiversity-affirming frameworks)
